The Warner Bros. Studio Tour, where the Harry Potter films were shot, suspended the visitation of tourists between December 16, 2020, and January 22, 2021. The measure follows the guidance of the British government and aims to reduce the number of new cases of Covid-19 in the country.

Tickets for visitation until January 22, 2021, will be automatically refunded by the studio, without the visitor contacting the studio or credit card provider. Refunds will be processed by January 29, 2021.

Tickets purchased with gift card will also be automatically cancelled and the voucher can be reused until December 31, 2021. More information can be found on the studio’s official website.

The studio had already closed its doors at the beginning of the year but reopened to the public on August 20. Tickets for visits between February 1 and June 30, 2021, can now be purchased.
