Warner Bros. revealed that David Sakurai will be Krall, an ambitious ally of Grindelwald (Johnny Depp) in the sequel of Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them. The danish actor became famous playing Scythe in the Iron Fist series, a partnership between Netflix and Marvel.

The actor joins Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Waterston, Alison Sudol and Dan Fogler, who return as Newt Scamander, Tina Goldstein, Queenie Goldstein and Jacob Kowalski. In addition to the lead quartet, Zoë Kravitz also returns as Leta Lestrange, Ezra Miller as Credence Barebone and Johnny Depp as Gellert Grindelwald. Kevin Guthrie appears again as Mr. Abernathy. Also in the cast are Jude Law as Professor Dumbledore, Callum Turner as Theseus Scamander, Ólafur Darri Ólafsson as Skender, owner of a wizarding circus, Ingvar Eggert Sigurdsson as Grimmson, a fugitive hunter, Claudia Kim as a circus attraction and William Nadylam as Yusuf Kama.

Still without an official title, the sequel of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them premieres on November 16, 2018. Again directed by [David Yates] and with original script by [J.K. Rowling], the film takes place a few months after the adventures of Newt in New York. With the escape of Grindelwald, the characters will see themselves in an increasingly dark era of the Wizarding World, with dangers that will put their loyalties into test.
