According to TechCrunch, Niantic Inc., responsible for Pokémon Go, is in the process of developing a similar game based on the Wizarding World, which they call Harry Potter: Wizards Unite.
The mechanics are promised to be similar to its AR predecessors, using location data and allowing the player to explore the environment collecting items useful to the users’ progress.
The app will be co-developed by Warner Bros. and its sub-brand Porkey Games and its release is set to happen in 2018.
There are not many details for now. Stay tuned on Potterish for more information!
