A team from Botnik Studios used a robot to write a new chapter for the Harry Potter series. Using a program called “bot”, developed to perform tasks automatically, the group fed the software with the content of all seven books written by [J.K Rowling]. This helped the program to embed the Wizarding World language, such as the characters’ names and the artifacts.
The work with a predictive keyboard resulted in a text with a little more than three pages, headed (also in an automatic way) Harry Potter and the Portrait of What Looked Like a Large Pile of Ash.
“Magic: it was something that Harry Potter thought was very good” is the sentence that starts the chapter created by the bot. The rest of the text consists in a completely clueless text about the Wizarding World. On one of the scenes, Ron is tap-dancing and, when he met Harry, starts to eat Hermione’s family. On another one, a Death Eater is wearing a T-shirt that says: “Hermione has forgotten how to dance”.
