The objects and sceneries created for Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts are so detailed that a lot of things does not appear in the movies – especially in the edited version exhibited in the cinemas. That is the case of the Magizoologist Newt Scamander’s house, that got a special mini-documentary in the Blu-ray of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald and was exhibited on the internet by MTV.

Check out below some photos from the sets built at the Leavesden Studios, near London, in England.

“Newt keeps a variety of magical creatures illegally safe in his enchanted basement”, explains the screenwriter J.K. Rowling in the mini-documentary. “Newt took his house in London, used a few spells and transformed into this slightly exaggerated version of a Georgian Era basement”, adds the art supervisor Martin Foley.
