Universal Orlando has revealed, through their blog, that the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade, located inside the Island of Adventures park at the Universal complex, will get a brand new futuristic attraction. The new roller coaster will be opened to the public in 2019.
The park has yet to reveal details, but this new friendly family attraction promises to take visitors deeper into the Wizarding World of J. K. Rolling, with known characters and creatures. The new attraction, just like all the creation area of the Wizarding World, will count with the help of Warner Bros. and the minds behind the Harry Potter movies to assure that every detail will be perfect.
To open up space for this new attraction, which hasn’t had its name revealed yet, the Dragon Challenge attraction, a double roller coaster that staged a battle between two dragons, will be closed on September 4th, this year.
Stay tuned to Potterish for new information.
