Pottermore has reveled that the tickets for the exhibit Harry Potter: A History of Magic in New York will start to be sold on April 26th. The exhibit, developed for The British Library, with tickets quickly sold out, celebrates 20 years of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone – first published in the United States in 1998.
In addition to the several artifacts that were on the British exhibition, which closed its door to the public on February 28th, the American version will have new artifacts, such as arts from the 20 years edition, illustrated by Brian Selznick and costumes from Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, playing now on Broadway.
The exhibit will open to the public on October 5th, 2018 in the United States and will be there until January 27th, 2019, at New York Historical Society. Tickets costs 21 dollars for adults, 16 dollars of elders, 13 dollars for students and 6 dollars for children between 5 and 13 years old. Children under 5 years old are free. More information can be found on the New York Historical Society’s website.
