Warner Bros. Studio Tour London will display a special exhibition about Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, starting on March 30th.
The new exhibtion will show the visitors behind-the-scenes secrets from the characters, costumes and props. As part of the feature, The Goblet of Fire used as a prop in the movie will be displayed at the Great Hall for the first time. Visitors will see a live Special Effects demonstration showing how the Triwizard Champions’ parchments were expelled from the Goblet, and will receive a souvenir parchment to remember their visit.
The iconic Prefects’ Bathroom taps, where Harry and Cedric open their dragon eggs after completing the first challenge of the Triwizard Tournament will also be displayed in the Studio Tour with multicoloured water running from each of the 53 spouts, just as seen on-screen. Many new props and costumes from the Triwizard Tournament will be on display including the boot Portkey that transported Harry, Hermione and the Weasley family to the 422nd Quidditch World Cup.
Visitors to the Studio Tour during the special feature will be able to see how Voldemort’s seemingly simple costume was adapted to show both his strength and vulnerability throughout the films. Tom Riddle’s grave will also be displayed allowing a 360 degree view of the sculpture.
Lastly a scale version of the Beauxbatons carriage complete with winged horses poised to land on the Hogwarts grounds will be added to the Hogwarts castle model.
The Studio Tour’s Goblet of Fire feature will run from 30th March until 23rd September 2018 and is included in the ticket price.
