To celebrate the release of the final trailer for Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, on Tuesday (25), Warner Bros. revealed a series of new posters from the movie. In each image, there is an information about what to expect from the characters.
Newt Scamander, seen for the last time leaving the USA by orders from the president of MACUSA, is “wanted for questioning” along with Pickett, his Bowtruckle. Tina Goldstein is “on foreign assignment”, and her sister, Queenie, with “whereabouts unknown”. Jacob Kowalski, who was able to open his bakery by the end of the first movie, became a “no-maj of interest”.
Credence Barebone, Obscurial who almost exposed the wizarding community in New York, is displayed in a mysterious pose, “searching for identity”. Theseus Scamander, Newt’s brother and war hero, is “under Ministry orders”, while his fiancée, Leta Lestrange, is “implicated by prophecy”.
The villain Gellert Grindelwald, on the other hand, is described on his poster as “dark wizard at large”, while professor Albus Dumbledore is “under surveillance”.
