A market analysis revealed that one Harry Potter toy is sold every five minutes in the United Kingdom. J.K. Rowling’s series makes it second only to Star Wars products.
The research also found out that, last year, Harry Potter toys reached U$340 million in sales across 13 markets. The countries that most sold were the United States and the United Kingdom, and those who bought more products were people aged 18+.
Amongst the 10 most sold toys from the Wizarding World, six of them are from LEGO. The most sold is Harry Potter: The Great Hall, which is sold in the UK for £89.99.
The survey was carried out before the releasing of the game Harry Potter: Wizards Unite.
