The house chosen to portray the exterior of the number 4, Privet Drive in the movie Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, located in Bracknell, England, is on the market.
The house, later recreated at the Leavesden Studio for the other movies, is on the market for £475,000.
According to the Daily Mail, the house contains three bedrooms, a living room, garden and a cupboard under the stairs (Harry Potter not included), among other facilities. The house was last sold for £290,000 in 2010, going through several renovations that explain its market value nowadays.

We here at Potterish hope the new owners are nicer than the Dursley family.
