The British Academy of Film and Television Arts announced today (10) on a Facebook live streaming, the nominees’ list for the 70th edition of their annual film award.
The producers and the director of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, J.K. Rowling, David Heyman, Steve Kloves, Lionel Wigram and David Yates were nominated to “Outstanding British Film”, running alongside American Honey, Denial, I, Daniel Blake, Notes on Blindness and Under the Shadow.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them was also nominated to Production Design (Stuart Craig and Anna Pinnock), Costume Design (Colleen Atwood), Sound (Niv Adiri, Glenn Freemantle, Simon Hayes, Andy Nelson, Ian Tapp) and Special Visual Effects (Tim Burke, Pablo Grillo, Christian Manz, David Watkins).
