Published for the first time on July 31st, the script for “Harry Potter and The Cursed Child” was nominated for this year’s Goodreads Choice Awards.
Since 2009 the famous social network Goodreads promotes an award which gathers the most dear and popular books of the year in a poll to choose the best books published. It’s not the first time J.K. Rowling’s work is nominated, but it is the first time something related to the Harry Potter series is nominated.
Rowling already won “Best Fiction” with “Casual Vacancy” in 2012, and in the three following years her pseudonym Robert Galbraith received nominations on the “Mystery & Thriller” category with “The Cuckoo’s Calling”, “The Silkworm” and “Career of Evil”.
“Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” is on the “Fantasy” category, to vote you have to enter Goodreads and log in.
